In all working relationships I agree to serve my clients with integrity, competence, respect and courtesy.

I will provide services in which I am qualified, and will accurately represent my qualifications.  If unable to fulfill requests for services, I will make an appropriate referral to a qualified professional.

I will keep confidential all client information, both business and personal, and will only use client information with client’s permission.

I will respect the intellectual property of other professionals, firms and/or individuals, and will not use any information without permission.

I will communicate to my client/clients in advance my reasonable, and customary fees commensurate with my services rendered, keeping in mind my client’s best interests at all times.
